At Escalade Roofing, we believe that every homeowner and business owner in Greensboro deserves a roofing contractor they can genuinely trust: one that shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers results that speak for themselves. From residential roof replacements to commercial roofing systems, our team brings skill, professionalism, and a personal touch. We're not just here to put a roof over your head. We're here to make sure it's the best roof it can be.

Meet Cole, the owner

When I started Escalade Roofing in Greensboro in 2023, I learned fast that a business only runs as well as the person running it. Early on I got off track and came close to losing it. Getting my faith right is what turned it around, and it's how I've run the company since.

We run Escalade on four things: faith, family, fitness and finance. Faith and family come first for me. I'm married, we have four kids, and our church is a big part of our life. That's the same way I want our team to treat every homeowner: like family, with honesty and straight answers about their roof.

My purpose here is helping the people on this team build better lives for themselves, and giving every homeowner a roofer they can trust.

Meet Evelyn, co-founder

Hi, I'm Evelyn Haynes, co-founder of Escalade Roofing. My husband, Cole, and I started this company with a vision that goes beyond roofing: we wanted to build something that truly serves people, makes a difference in our community, and treats every customer like family. From day one, our mission has been rooted in trust, care, and genuine service.

I have a background in business management, and marketing has always been a passion of mine. I love helping shape how we serve our customers while staying grounded in our core values: honesty, integrity, and doing what's right.

Family is at the center of everything we do. Cole and I have a beautiful family together, along with our two dogs, and that sense of home is what drives my commitment to making sure every homeowner feels safe, supported, and taken care of.

When I'm not working on the business, I enjoy cooking, painting, gardening, and spending time with friends and loved ones. Our Christian values guide how we run Escalade Roofing, and we strive to reflect that in every project we take on.

When you choose Escalade Roofing, you're not just choosing a roofing company. You're becoming part of our family.
