Find the leak, then fix the leak
Water rarely comes in where the stain shows. It runs along a rafter or the decking first. That is why we start in the attic, then go up on the roof and trace it to the source: a cracked pipe boot, lifted shingles, worn flashing or a nail that has backed out.
You get video of the problem and a written repair price. If the roof is past repairing, we tell you that too, and show you why.
What you get
- Attic first
- The attic shows where water is getting in and how long it has been happening.
- The source, not the stain
- We trace the water back along the decking to where it actually enters.
- Video sent to your phone
- Close-up video of the problem, so you see what we see.
- Repair or replace, straight
- If a repair will hold, we tell you. If the roof is done, you get the photos that show why.
- The price in writing
- A written repair price before any work starts.
- Cleaned up after
- Old materials hauled off and a magnet sweep for nails.
Storm damage or a leak?
On an active leak, the tarp is free.

“I had a leak on my roof and was worried I need a complete new roof. I called Escalade roofing. Adam came out to my location and performed an inspection on my roof and told me it just needed a repair and not a replacement. The work was performed perfectly and super fast.”

“Rob was a great help to me in making some repairs to my roof. He provided me with more pictures than I expected, quoted me a very fair price and the work was completed quickly without issues.”

Questions homeowners ask
Do I need a new roof because it leaks?
Usually not. Most leaks come from one spot: a pipe boot, flashing, a few shingles. We find it and tell you straight.
Water is coming in right now. What should I do?
Call us, move what you can away from the drip, and put a bucket under it. See our emergency repair page for more.
How much does a roof repair cost?
It depends on what's wrong and how big the area is. You get the price in writing before any work starts.
A storm caused the leak. Can you help?
Yes. We document the damage with photos, video and a written report, and if you file a claim, we meet the adjuster at your house. What is covered is your insurer's decision.
