Repair or replace? You'll know before we leave
Some roofs need a new pipe boot. Some are at the end of their life. The only honest way to tell is from the attic and the shingles, so that is where we start. If a repair will hold, we say so.
Most of the roofs we replace are asphalt shingle. We also install metal roofs, wood shake and commercial roofs, so ask about any of them. If a storm caused the damage, we document it, supply the paperwork and meet the adjuster with you.

Mesh tarps, so nothing marks your siding or kills the grass. A cover on the AC unit. A magnet roller for nails. Your rep walks you through build day before you sign.
